The client wanted a design for a rental property which would be easy to maintain, including a lawn and covered seating area.

Separated the lawn from the house we created border including low maintenance plants with a long season of interest including grasses, geranium “Rozanne” and winter flowering honeysuckle. A stepped path leads from the house into the garden to a pergola with decking positioned for afternoon and evening sun. One of the key factors was for manageable care of the garden.
